ClassMata provides a school management platform including academic, operational, and communication modules described in our plans.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and not to compromise system security.

3. Payment

All plans are billed annually. Pricing is fixed and not based on student count.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. ClassMata retains ownership of the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClassMata shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our headquarters.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of material changes.
