Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Summary

1. Roles

You (the client) are the Controller. ClassMata acts as the Processor.

2. Security

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• Role-based access control
• Regular backups

3. Sub-processors

A list of sub-processors is maintained and updated. Notification upon changes.

4. Breach Notification

In case of a data breach, ClassMata will notify you within the timeframes required by applicable regulation.

5. Contract End

At the end of the contract, your data will be deleted or returned according to your choice.
